These extensions are just beautiful and very easy to install. I was surprised that it was easier plugging in the 24-pin motherboard cable and the GPU cables much easier then what came with my power supply that was a pleasant surprise! They feel very high quality especially for the price and I only have one minor gripe, that being that the combs are too loose and it's hard to get them to stay in place. The combs you see in the picture I purchased separately because if you look at the graphics card I have a single 16 pin comb that did not come with the formula mod kit. So now I have a new dilemma if you can call it that. I'll be getting a graphics card that requires three 8-pin connections and therefore will need an additional 8-pin cable and I contacted formula mod and I have to say the customer support is outstanding! They're going to send me an additional one with only a small charge for shipping and throwing some 24 pin Combs as well so I'm loving my first experience with this brand. Had to have 2 sets replaced due to cables having different lengths. This caused the cables to not bend in a uniform turn making 1 side pop out. The combs that it comes with are not tight enough so they slide out of position easy and should have 1 more per cable. Last they should be 10cm longer to make sure they connect behind the case. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Love the colors and quality. Very easy to install. My only dislike was that the bend orientation of the wires were all opposite of the direction my ports were, so it took some work to make the wires look somewhat smooth. What I mean by that is there’s 2 sets of wires for each extension. One side is designed to be a little longer so that when you bend the wires, the outermost wires neatly fit against the inner bent wires, so they all neatly bend into place for a seamless look. But a mobo’s ports are designed for one way connection, same for gpu and mine were all opposite of the direction these wires were intended to bend. So the result was that the shorter wires had to bend over the longer wires, causing a little bit of a messy look. I tried my best, but the only set I got to look somewhat smooth was the mobo power supply. (See video for reference) I will keep this set because I like the colors for this theme build. ... show more

These cables look great, and were very easy to install. As some other reviewers have noted, the GPU cables bend up (over the top of the GPU in a standard setup), but it's fairly easy to bend them the other direction. I'd recommend purchasing some standalone cable combs - the ones these come with work fine, but they don't look quite as good as black IMO, and if your GPU has a 3+4 pin arrangement (like quite a few cards do), you won't be able to separate the 4th set of cables on the left (the included clear combs aren't removable). It's also worth noting that the cables are arranged 1 2 3 3 2 1 1 1, so if your GPU has a 3+4 pin arrangement, the leftmost colored cable (3 in the diagram, purple in the set I purchased) will be missing, though it still looks fine. Pros: The cabling seems to be good quality and look very good. Cons: Each set only comes with 2 combs, and each comb is super loose. They will not stay in place and move very easily. For the price, I can't complain to much. The combs that come on it are permanent. Only way to remove them is to snip them off. I recommend that other combs be installed on these. ... show more

I will definitely order another one. I didn't realize my pc build was going towards the black, white, and grey/silver build. It looks really nice with the Asus Prime z590 for my i9-10700K build. I also have an Asus B550 ROG Strix AMD 3900x build that is using the Corsair P4000D (White/Silver/Grey) case. I will have to re do the cabling in that. But overall, it's really easy to install and the cables just looks amazing in the case. Will have to remount my radiator for the NZXT case. Right now, I'm trying to find either an all white 240 mm radiator or something like the single 120 mm radiator for this NZXT build. Definitely recommending these FormulaMod Sleeve cables. ... show more

    • Issues with GPU

For some reason, the PCIe cables to my GPU ended up shortening? Unsure what happened, but the GPU fans went ballistic, crashed and then I had to swap to the old cables as a pop up on my reboot screen stated it needed cables that were compatible with my GPU.
