This item is nothing like the photo with the hand on it. This wire is only 1/4” by 1/4” but the photo appears to be 1-1/4” by 1-1/4” and this wire is so thin that it can be cut simply with scissors and then pulled apart with your hands. This wire is nothing like heavy duty, heavy gauge, durable thick wire fencing. I have never seen any wire fencing this thin and cheaply made and of poor quality. It rusts after a few days. It arrived with unraveling wire, wire slits already on the wire making parts of it unusable, and looks more like 32 gauge in thickness. I returned 3 boxes of this poor quality product and have yet to receive a refund notification email from Amazon of the seller. It is very difficult to try to get this product back into the box to return. So I was forced to send back the defected portions only.

It looks nice and would be ok for a garden fence ... but I don't think I can use it on my coop for protection against coyotes and raccoons because it doesn't feel or appear to be as thick or sturdy as 19 gauge. There is nothing on the packaging label that states the gauge, so who knows what it is.
