I thought this was going to be a great purchase because I prefer an insulated bookbags over carrying a lunch box to and from work but this thing comes compressed and folded in half and it NEVER stays straight that bend will always be there, to some they may be fine but it bugs the absolute crap out of me because anytime I sit it down somewhere I have to position it in a specific way so it doesn't fall over. Took this bag to zoo yesterday. I use a mobile scooter so need hands free. It was comfortable on my back as straps/back are padded. What I like is that there’s separate compartments on top and bottom. I put dry foods on top and bottom held cold packs and picnic food. My husband’s diabetic meds stayed safe on top and didn’t get smushed. Tons of pockets and organizing nets are very stretchy for larger water bottles. The pocket on the strap stretches so fit my IPhone 11 Pro Max so it’s handy. Other strap has bottle/can opener. The straps are a yoke style so stay on well without front buckle and help distribute weight. Kept food ice cold in 90 degree weather. Outside of bag is a nice material that feels like should hold up well and not rip. I researched cooler backpacks for hours and glad I found this one. ... show more
