If you are wanting to purchase one of these wait until it goes on sale, but DON’T pay full price for it. I got my ufo2 on sale for $115.00 instead of $199.00. It’s a very cool device but I feel like paying over $115 for it is too much. I’ve used it for 2 nights in a row and have noticed my break outs are getting better and hyperpigmentation is fading. I mostly use it without any masks and I use red light, green light, and blue light with the warming temp. I doubted how this thing could work.. truth is that it does live up to the hype!! It’s strong and durable. The size is the palm of your hand. You can adjust the temp of the heating and cooling settings, also including the ability to increase the vibration frequency’s. Everything is controlled in the app and via Bluetooth. My only complaint is that I wish I had gotten this device years ago!! Fantastic!!

To use this device you have to use a very expensive pad, but it works wonderfully for 2 weeks. Then, for no reason at all the device began to shut off with an error message "device disconnected" . Despite reconnecting it back agin it continued to lose connection. I contacted support and they had a multiple step process required before they could replace the device that included , sending them a video, waiting for them to confirm the problem and acknowldge the device was not repaiarable,. Then sending another video showing that I had taken apart the device. Note that I never got a replacement for the pads that I lost tryiong to get this device to work. My point is that for the amount of money this device costs, the product and customer support is not worth the investment.

I use this once a week. I love the variety of masks available. So far they have all smelled wonderful and have leftover lotion to use once your treatment is complete. Super easy to use. The app guides you through the entire process. The device warms with red light therapy and vibrates as you spread the mask around your face. I wish the masks stayed on the circle part better as sometimes they tend to slide down , but otherwise I have been happy with my investment

Bought this specifically for travel, as my light mask can be a bit cumbersome. I really like it. It works well with both your own sheet masks as well as the Foreo masks. Works well for serums too. I got this one vs the UFO because the UFO2 has a cooling setting, which is fantastic to reduce swelling on a plane.

Love the FOREO. I had no issues setting it up. It comes with a stand, charger, and a mask. The app is very intuitive. The only thing I wish it had was a storage bag. I travel a lot and it would be nice to have one but it does tuck away in a toiletry bag. My skin looks great. I use it at least 3 times a week. My favorite mask is green tea. I get compliments on my skin all the time. I’m in my late 40s.

For how much it overheats, not worth the premium on price. But it does seem to work as the device claims. A few uses in, results are equivalent to a high-end facial mask, so will have to see the long term benefits of the LED
