I bought this after watching you tube review of beauty influencers that raves about the upgraded features of this product. IMO, the upgraded features (app connectivity, glow mode) are a huge pain in the ass. You’re better off saving $50 and getting the Luna 2. Who wants to be touching their phone with wet and soapy hands to control their Luna? The app is poorly designed, as it forces you to adjust the level/speed every 15 seconds. You tube reviewers claimed that the device would remember your most recent settings, but I can’t seem to figure out how this works. Even if you adjust the speed before you hit “start” if reverts back to level 8 and you have to slide the setting again every 15 seconds. If you choose not to use the app, the setting is much lower (prob around a 4) and there’s no way to adjust it. Also, it’s hard to figure out the “glow mode”. Apparently you hit the button twice, but I can’t seem to figure out how to do this. I have only been successful in turning it on and off. I consider myself tech savvy, and this tech integration is so poorly designed and not worth the extra money. I wish I had saved the extra money I shelled out on this and gotten the Luna 2, which you can control using the +\- buttons ... show more

I have tried lots of facial cleansing wands and this one is the best hands down! The guided cleansing routine is nice and I especially like the color and how soft it is. The silicone makes it easy to clean and dry. The packaging it came in was also beautiful and I kept it to just put on the shelf to help me showcase it, lol. I am giving this 4 stars because I am not sure the how effective this product is. However, I do love using it. It doesn't splash water all over the place and I feel like it "wakes my skin up". If you used a clarisonic back in the day and you liked it...you will probably like the Luna as well. I do feel like the app is a little overrated...I used it twice and I just don't see the benefit of the bluetooth and app feature.
