It works...but it's far too expensive. I had a cheap knockoff that I bought (cost $35.00) that worked a bit better. Unfortunately, the knock-off died (and I couldn't find a knock-off replacement) so I held my nose and purchased the FOREO LUNA 4. Time will tell on how long this unit will last.

This product may work. Haven’t used yet. My problem is you can’t use it unless you give then you email address and name. Then they want you to pay 8.99 per month. That is ridiculous! They have no right to reach into my home and demand or it doesn’t turn your information. I am paying for a product to give them my personal information. I recently got Luna and was enjoying it for a few days until I started experiencing an issue which had almost made me return it, im glad I didn’t! Writing this review to help out anyone who may be experiencing the same. My Luna started emitting a noticeable ticking sound which isn’t that loud but extremely annoying when it’s quiet. Found the fix: • open FOREO app (your device should already been connected/registered at this point) • find Luna in the list of your devices and click on Luna’s homepage (with settings and main controls) • click on the very 1st option ‘Device Info’, you will see device SN, warranty and firmware version • your device is most likely on the older version, so all you need to do is click on the firmware version and if it’s outdated it will link to your Luna and download the most recent firmware (for me it had a pop up window with the list of fixes which included silent firmware fix) • and Voilà! Enjoy your newly upgraded silent Luna. Hope this helps 🥰 ... show more
