I ordered a new Foreo 4. You have to log into their app to register and activate the device. I could not register the device because it was already registered to someone else! Obviously, this was a device that was purchased and returned. When I spoke to Foreo tech support they said I had to reach out to the original owner and get them to deactivate the device. Also, be aware that this one comes with a warranty that is based on a subscription!! And for you you pay monthly! The FOREO LUNA 4 Face Cleansing brush has a nice soft texture that is gentle on your face. The vibration is gentle and with a foaming facial wash really seems to get my skin cleaner than simply washing with the facial wash and washcloth. I tried with a non-foaming facial wash that I love and didn't like it as much as the foaming version. It has a 4 part routine for the face that I use every morning and night.
