I was going to return this face brush originally because you cannot turn the face brush on without using the app. I was very turned off by this. I said I'd try for a few days and then return. I was amazed! This face brush really cleans deep down. My pores are now minimized and my face has a healthy glow. I have a question I received my Luna 3 plus but when I going to the app their ask me for the serial # and I dont have it I lose it so the Luna 3 doesn't work without the app so how can I do that?

I love Foreo! This is game changer, it honestly does its job, I had my Clarasonic and Now I won’t change it for it. The bristles are soft, but it really is effective at removing makeup, and also my skin is feeling much better, as I suffered with blackheads in my t-zone. The warming function this FOREO has is key. Used it once and immediately returned it. But I do have extremely reactive skin. I also DO NOT want to USE and Dag app to wash my face. That part!!!! Why would they think we want to use a phone app to use out device. Yeah. I wish it worked but definitely not for me. Thank GOD they accepted my return. It was 240 dollars.
