I already own all the other Foreo products apart from the toothbrush and have never had a problem with any of them. I love them all. My only complaint about the Iris is that the charging cable is very loose and falls out. It doesn't seem to charge unless it is in the perfect position. I have tried my other charging cables and they all seem to fit the same so I think the problem is in the Iris charging point.. I couldn't find anywhere on the Foreo site to complain about this but I'm worried that if I don't say anything now then it could affect my warranty if the device stops working at a later date. I have also asked for product support but have yet to hear back from anyone. After sales service is non existent. Ive also searched the Foreo website and I cant see where to leave a review. I can see reviews but cant seem to find where to add my own. I love the products but Ive had to spend a lot of time searching the internet or searching their website to answer questions. ... show more

I received an Iris 2 for Christmas and have been using it two to three times per day ever since. I noticed a difference in my under eye bags within a day or two! Plus it feels lovely, very relaxing. I’ve been seeing an acupuncturist monthly due to eye swelling related to Graves’ disease and at my most recent appointment she commented on how much better my eyes looked since my previous visit. The battery life is great, I charged it when I first got it and have only had to recharge once since then. It’s easy to register on the Foreo app but there is no Bluetooth connectivity as with some other Foreo devices, just information related to the device. Use plenty of serum to prevent the silicone from tugging on your skin; I usually apply the serum around one eye and use the Iris 2 to massage it in before applying it to the other eye. The serum absorbs more quickly than just tapping it in with my finger, allowing me to apply my eye cream sooner. In the evening I apply a retinol balm over my eye cream and use the Iris 2 again to lock everything in. Make sure to use it on your brow bones as well! Great for relieving facial tension, I have been meaning to research using it on other parts of my face for lymphatic drainage but haven’t gotten around to it yet. Always rinse with warm water after use to protect the silicone and pat dry. Once a week I use the Foreo silicone cleaner to make sure it stays in tip top condition. ... show more
