This was a huge hit for my son. He has had alot of remote control cars in his short 7 years, but he was in wow of the detail of the truck and I was shocked that it came with 2 batteries! Makes a big difference when they want to play it non stop and can rotate the batteries out. The battery life lasts surprisingly a long time! I am very happy with this purchase! I recommend it for any age honestly, my husband has just as much fun playing with it. Also would like to note, it is so freaking fast!

I can confirm that this thing is well built, it's certainly sturdy ! BUT ... steering and Fwd/Rev are all or nothing. I'd expect to be able to turn in steps, or increase throttle in steps for $50. Our $40 RC boat isn't 'all or nothing' at the controls. The controls limit you to full throttle or nothing, full left, full right, or center for the steering. I would not have bought this if I new about this cheap design choice. It is full-time 4WD drive and does an excellent job of crawling over shoes and the dog's blankets... But a real 'crawler' needs to offer you more control.

This car is awesome. It comes with 2 rechargeable batteries and it’s very durable. I have a 2 year old grandson that loves jumping the toys off the steps and this car takes a beating and keeps going .
