We bought this RC jet ski when there were zero reviews. We are very pleased with it so far (had it about a month). It drives great in our pool. The sound and wake profile are very realistic (if you've driven a jet ski for real, you'll know exactly what I mean). At this price point, you have to be reasonable about the controls. You don't get variable speed. But you do get full control accomplished with dual propellers. It's surprising nimble and easy to drive (our 4 year old picked it up with zero help from me). The momentum of the jet ski in the water covers up the normally jittery/jumpy on/off style control. -Straight forward is both props spinning full speed -Forward + turn slows the inside prop -Just turn is just the outside prop spinning -Reverse + turn slows the inside prop (but going backwards) -Straight reverse is both props spinning full speed (but going backwards) One of the main reasons the kids wanted it was to let their toy figures ride it in the pool. And that's exactly why I'm leaving this review. It is definitely the right size for 6 to 12 inch figures, but you'll need one that has good joint articulation to get it on there right. Rubber bands help a lot, like the ones inside the packaging of most Barbies. The trickiest part is balance, you need to experiment to get it right. But it will work. I have to say, it was pretty neat to watch our 7 year old driving it around with her favorite Chelsae doll riding along. Most likely you'll want battery recharging to be a grownup job. Maybe some older kids can do it. But that's not a shocker.

I live in Trinidad and Tobago and on receiving the wave speeder my grandson had some problems with the mechanism The wave speeder after a few hours stopped working You can imagine in these difficult time of COVID 19 when children are confined and not having the opportunity to socialise the arrival of the WAVE Speeder become a highlight Imagine the disappoint. I immediately got online and explained the problem to FORCE 1 and within hours I was contacted by more than 1 customer service representative Everyone was so supportive and helpful and immediately agreed to send a replacement toy.Can you imagine my surprise!!!! I was ready for a long negotiation on why the company should consider a replacement and there it was within hours they wanted to make my grandson happy again and replaced the Wave Speeder Today 21st October he received his replacement toy and has been in the water for hours happily playing with his new Wave Speeder 10 out of 10 for this company They really care about their customers There are not enough stars to give them Thank you FORCE 1

The media could not be loaded. Did not have high hopes for a $30 product. When I got it, it felt like it was worth like $20-$25, but close enough. Got it for my 6 year old daughters to play in our 18' above ground pool, so didn't want something to fast, and something easy for a kid. (product says ages 14+ which is a joke... should be ages 5+) It is easy for them to control. They love it. I measured the speed at 1.8MPH. Reverse is a joke, but so it is with most RC boats. Going to order a 2nd one so they can race each other at the same time. Hopefully the remote controls doesn't get mixed up with each other (Which I have seen on cheaper RCs.. I'll report back if it works or not) Only have played with it twice so far, and no water leaking into the internal compartment yet. Will report back if it starts leaking. I like that it doesn't work unless it is in the water. I knocked off 1 start for the speed. If it went 3MPH+ would have given it 5 stars (for the price of course)... Update: So got another one for my other daughter, and I got a boat. Could use all 3 at the same time. When the girls play with it hard and flip it, and use their hands to move it around and such, it does leak a some. Just make sure to get all the water out after use and let it dry in the sun or use a air dryer. Also the product description says it is 8.5 inches long. It is actually 6.7 inches long, and says so right on the box. So the web page description is wrong.

Second update...The company sent us a replacement boat and it must have been only the first one that we got that was defective because the second one works perfectly. So grateful that they took an interest in my childs happiness and their customer service is awesome! Thank you so much I hope to purchase more from your company in the future. Update. As soon as I contacted the company they were nothing but professional and kind. They truly believe in their product and are not happy that it didn’t work like it was supposed to. Great company!! My son was so excited to get this and we were more than excited to give it to him. Battery life of 20 minutes is sad for one. And now it doesn’t work at all. Less than a week, following the instructions for storage to the letter and it’s just dead. Very sad with this purchase.

Our 4 year old recently got interested in boats and he loves water so we thought what better than to get him a remote controlled boat he can drive through the pool or pond or lake. Well on his 4th Birthday when he received this boat we charged it up and put everything in place and took over to our pond. Never saw so much disappointment. To make it work you place the boat in the water and then turn the control on and wait for them to pair which the light on the control would go solid. It pairs for 2 seconds then stops so literally get 2 seconds of drive time then wait a minute for it to pair again to just get only 2 more seconds of drive time. After 5 attempts we gave up he lost interest in trying to make it work. I directly emailed the Force1 company to no avail of getting a reply back.
