I bought two of these for us to play with and was very disappointed that neither of them would turn in one direction despite all the suggestions I could find online. Instead of initating a return, I contacted the Mfg. directly. After a couple back and forth emails, they had twos new boats shipped out to me (2 days total time). I am guessing my original boats may have been Amazon returns that were just resold as the packaging on the two new ones was much better (additional materials vs the first two). The two replacements worked amazing right out of the box and have provided hours of fun. Despite the initial out of box failures, the customer experience more than made up for the couple days of disappointment.

This RC Boat surprised me with its speed. Way faster then the speed advertised and the build is very good. The Remote Controller is way better then expected at this price point. As some who builds pro level RC Cars/boats in the $1000's range as a hobby, the quality of this kit was surprising. Definitely not at a pro kit level but at this price point, the performance you get is amazing. The customer support was also excellent and they answered any technical questions I had right away. I had a small issue with the remote and they resolved it asap. With all the shady companies out there on amazon, they were a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely recommend!

Boat is awesome, controller rattles and the batteries don't fit tight. Otherwise, it's fast and awesome, trim only updates while boat is moving.

Kid loves this but the fully charged battery lasts 20 mins at best, and the charging mechanism isn’t safe unsupervised so we don’t get to use it often.

This arrived and didn’t work properly. Amazon told me to contact the manufacturer for a replacement, which I did, and still have heard nothing. ***Updated*** I must say that I have never experienced customer service as professional as this! Not only has the seller communicated with me, the seller issued a refund and is sending a new boat. I am actually very pleased.

Bought this when priced at 30% off My son has a variety of R/C vehicles. He loves! this boat. He has crashed it into rocks etc and still has not broken the prop surprisingly. Seems fairly sturdy It's quick on the water, stable, and he really enjoys it. Bought a couple extra battery packs, because that's probably the only downside - battery life, which isnt bad but not great either; the remote has a warning beep when you start to get low which is great for him to know when to drive back. It stays sealed fairly well, only a few drops of water in boat after regular use I plan to purchase a couple more so we can race together Worth the money in my opinion
