EDIT** Customer support was great and they replaced my money for the first set and the second set works great. I probably shouldn't have taken them outside. This is super fun for both adults and kids. The only issue I ran into was, for some reason it seems green doesn't respond as well as the purple. Therefore we lost BOTH greens. I have no way of contacting the seller and because my kids were so devastated, I bought another set. It's NOT worth having $120 into!! But I lost the one in the lake because it WOULD NOT respond to the gun... smh. Sure wish I could gave gotten atleast one replaced. Preferably purple. ... show more

Within a couple hours of my initial 2 ⭐️ review, I was contacted by their customer service department. They offered to 1. Refund me in full and 2. Send another replacement. This is above and beyond the level of customer service of most companies. Bravo to Mary with USA Toyz! I actually feel kind of bad accepting their offer because at this point I will have been sent a total of 6 of these things for $0. The only reason I’m leaving my rating at 4 ⭐️ is because I’m not confident they will work for long. Amazing customer service for what is probably still a 1 ⭐️ product. IF I find the latest batch works for longer than a couple of days, I will update to 5 ⭐️. In the future, I’ll definitely consider other toys/gadgets from USA Toyz and hope they work better because I’m confident that if I were to have any issues they would go above and beyond to make it right. Original review: My kids loved these unfortunately they broke within days. The first 2 we had: one flew up to the ceiling and wouldn’t come down and the other one the battery stoped charging. Ordered replacements which was easy with amazon of course. One is still working and the other one of them 3 of the 4 fans suddenly stopped working. Couldn’t get it to turn off. Finally put it in the garage to wait out the noise until the battery died. Only giving it 2 stars because my kids loved them. For 5 minutes while they worked. 😡 ... show more

The media could not be loaded. How fun is this toy! I bought it for my kids and they haven't stop playing with it. The drone has sensors that makes it so easy to use indoor, because it avoids obstacles on its own. The led lights are so vibrant and colorful. The drones charges super fast too. The media could not be loaded. My family absolutely loves this toy! The product is easy and safe to use indoors. You toss the drone up and it automatically hovers mid air! There are different modes to chose from for the blaster too. You can also move the drone with just your hands as well! It’s easy to catch the drone when you’re done playing too. The flying time only lasts about 6 minutes for each drone but the USB charge is extremely fast! I highly recommend! ... show more

Don’t waste your money! I bought this for a Christmas present and it broke beyond being playable after only three days. The cage portion began breaking after the first day. The description said suitable for age 4 and up but the box says age 14+. My son had fun with it while it lasted but it shouldn’t have broken in such a short amount of time especially for $40!! Very disappointed. UPDATED: After my review, customer service contacted me to try to improve my satisfaction. They not only refunded my money but also sent me a replacement drone. My kids love this toy but the cage is fragile. Thank you, customer service, for the refund and replacement without being asked. That is above and beyond most companies these days. Although my kids love the toy, I do think there is room for improvement of your product to make it more durable and at a lesser price. ... show more

I purchased this as an Easter gift for my autistic son whom is very difficult to shop for. He LOVED this drone for the whole 5 minutes of play that it lasted. Not sure what the problem is- I made sure they were fully charged before turning them on, they worked good briefly but either the battery only lasts a few minutes or the quality is just poor.
