I bought 3 of these for Christmas gifts. One for my son, one for my daughter & one for their roommate, my son's best friend. When first opened I heard, "COOL!" & "OH SICK!!" & "HUH." LOL My mom thought process @ the time was that they could chase one another in the house as they try to crash one another . . (these had sensors on them just so they wouldn't ever crash into ANYTHING!! ) Well for one thing, that wasn't really THAT fun but they still thought they were pretty cool!!! But a comment was made by all three kids was, "But these don't do anything really cool." Moms turn, "Huh . . " But the most & I really have to say this, "really annoying" thing was the noise factor. They were so loud!!!!! And w/3 of them going @ once you couldn't hear yourself think let alone TALK!!! So of course the kids had to be heard above the others so not only did you have the noise level of all 3 going @ once, you also had 3 big kids yelling @ one another!!! So before I bought stocks in Advil (of which I was about to reach for) I was about to put the cabosh on all 3, these very sweet, very quiet, very considerate & thoughtful children, (hehehehe) turned those lil drones off & put them aside!!! Did I mention, FOR GOOD??!!!! So for this very sweet, very quiet, very considerate & very thoughtful MOM, that was the beginning & THE END of these drones forever!!! Really well designed and engineered with colorful lights, this flying crystal ball is a joy for adults as well as kids. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Brilliantly engineered and quite durable. Charges up quickly and efficiently. Advisable for indoors play only. Customer service was amazing. After flying it several times over the past year, one of the propeller blades fell off. We noticed an email address in the instructions and sent a request for a new blade. They responded immediately and sent a whole package of new propeller blades right away by UPS! And they did so with a smile. We were so impressed with the toy's performance and the excellent customer support, we bought a second for our other grandchild! Not surprisingly, it arrived fully charged and ready to fly! Really enjoyed having this product was very fun for kids Issue is that it’s very weak 2nd day of using it one of the top wings broke off and can’t even repair it. Once I decided to look at reviews I noticed that a remote was supposed to come with it I never got it. If purchasing this product it’s really fun but not gonna last at all so be prepared ****** Update***** Customer service for the win I recently had them at 1 Star as review above The customer service attempted to reach me twice to make it right after getting one that had little issue they wanted pictures to try and see if this issue can be resolved for any future products. Normally a lot of these manufacturers don’t care about their reviews as long as they are selling products but this company went above and beyond. They are sending me a complete new orbiter no charge to see if I just had a bad one. And of course would like to hear back after new one is received. Just at the reacting and quick responsive customer service I’m giving them a 5 star review ... show more

    • So sad this didn't work out... and then it did!
The propeller blades are extremely thin. One of the blades came loose on the first flight shearing off another one and down it went. I'm really sad this was such a poorly made/QC checked product because these look so cool. My grandson is visiting for a few days and I got this as a gift and something we could play together and it was ruined by the product being useless after 1 minute. I don't know if it is just this manufacturer or if they all have the same problem but I'm going to buy another brand and try it out. What a disappointment for us both! Update: I was contacted almost immediately by Celine, customer support representative from USA Toyz and she had replacement Drones sent to me. I give their customer support 5 stars hands down. Impressive! Both of the replacement drones have been flown several times and are working fine. One is perfect and the second one is just a little off kilter but is ultimately playable. When I mentioned it to Celine, she gave me instructions to calibrate it. Had I received these two the first time around, I would have given the product a 5 star rating without question. I have also never experienced customer service like this before and that is saying a lot from someone who has provided customer service over the phone for years! The toy is very fun I recommend, but it says the play time only last five minutes and takes about 20 minutes until full charge. My cousin took it outside and flew it around then it had went very high up in the air and we lost it.
