This is the second time I have replaced the headlights in my '08 Tacoma. The originals started "fogging" after about 6 years. In 2014 I installed some Chinese knockoffs like these, but it was time again. Overall quality was not up to the TYC brand that I got before, but they fit and they look right. The seal around the lens looked a little questionable, so I ran a bead of RTV around the edges . PRO TIP #1 - wear gloves when you do this. RTV is a PITA to get off your hands when it dries. Trust me on this. PRO TIP #2 - Install the headlight bulbs BEFORE installing the headlight, especially on the driver's side. Playing with that diabolical retaining clip when your hand is jammed up against the battery is not fun. You will teach your kids some new words. You owe me a beer for that little tidbit. If you have little raccoon hands, go ahead and disregard. The passenger side was a breeze. Once installed and tested, I didn't notice any other issues. Reflectors seemed to work as they should and aim was close enough out of the box. Again, maybe not the best of quality, but certainly acceptable for the price. ... show more

I sealed the seams before putting these in. The difficulty in putting these in, that’s on Toyota not these lights. Only one defect seen - one of the tabs that bolts down had a crack on it. I didn’t think it was worth the trouble of returning since I was able to repair it with silicone before installation. Everything seems fine post install. All clips were included, everything seems fine. Will update if anything goes wrong, but honestly I’m really happy with these. ... show more

These look fantastic. Fitment was a little off but they are five times less costly than new factory Toyota headlights. I can live with a slight fitment issue at a fraction of the price.

I had these for less than 3 months and already there is water condensation inside the lens, woke up one morning and it had rained and there was water condensation built up inside :(

Received head lights on time. The only problem is that the screws to adjust the beam’s don’t work.both lights high and low beams are pointed down right in front of the truck. I have asked the seller to send me a new set that are adjustable. I have not received their response on this matter yet. Only time will tell. ... show more
