My original review is below. I am now changing my rating to 5 stars. The seller reached out to me about the issues that I was having with the case. It seems that I received a case that was somewhat "deformed". The seller was VERY quick to resolve the issue. Not only are they going to send me another case, they also refunded the cost if the first case. These are GREAT cases but I guess that I was the lucky on to receive a bad one. I have other cases from this seller and they all are perfect. Customer Service is TOP NOTCH and I will definitely do business with them in the future. I am only keeping it because it will cost me more in gas than what I paid for the case to return it. I previously ordered this same brand(different color) for my wife's S24+ and it fits perfectly and she loves it. So I decided to order this case for my S24 Ultra. The biggest and really only issue is that I have with this case is the fit on the bottom of the phone. The whole bottom of the case "flaps" around. It is NOT a tight fit like the top and sides. I figure this is because it is made from silicone AND there are so many cutouts which make it VERY FLIMSY on the bottom edge. The screen lip protection on the bottom is non-existent. They need to find a way to "stiffen up" the bottom edge somehow and this case would be a 10. On a positive note, 1. The case fits great everywhere else(other than the bottom). 2. I really like how the case surrounds and protects the camera lenses. 3. The "slimless" of case is great. 4. Color is just what I was looking for. 5. It feels great in the hand. I'll keep it on my phone for now and see how long it lasts BUT I already know that the bottom of the case is going to really bother me knowing there is NO protection. I guess that I need to start looking for a harder plastic slim case to protect this very expensive phone. Too bad because I would have ordered more of them. ... show more

Love this phone case for my S24 Ultra! I've had my new phone for a couple weeks and bought 3 other cases from different sellers, all claiming to be the perfect fit with the best protection. SADLY that wasn't the case, This case has a really soft smooth texture that feels almost futuristic. The fit and finish is comfy and stylish, however I'm leaving a 4 star review because at the very bottom of the case above the charger port hole, there's a loose gap so the case won't grip the phone properly leaving a section of the phone open to dust, debris and any small particles that might get in there. But over all I LOVE this case, it's smooth, soft, doesn't feel over-constructed. ... show more

I have bought 2 of these cases because I really like the feel of them, and they don't slide around when placed on a surface. I also love the vibrant colors because if I drop the phone into my purse or on the couch I can easily find it again. Plus the colors are fun! However, the case does not hold up at all. The edges rip, crack and peel. I got my first case in April, and had to get a new one by August/September. My newest one (the neon yellow) already is torn and ripped at the corners. It has decent drop protection. But gonna to take a video or picture that requires flash, your gonna get green videos n pictures ( depending on what color you pick) the case over the flash is too think. Won't be buying again that's for sure.

I like how durable the case is. Its thicker then most silicone cases which provides more shock protection. It was wasy to install and provides great protection for the cameras. It is very functional and does not slide or slip easily. Feels soft
