I really like the color of the case and the simplicity of the appearance. I was also really impressed by the packaging. The only drawback (and I say that for lack of a better term) is that you have to assemble it, but it's really not difficult and should only take you a couple of minutes. The good part about that is that by consisting of multiple pieces, it probably has pretty good shock absorbancy. I've only dropped my phone once since I've had this case, but my phone didn't break. This fit my Galaxy Note 9 like a glove. Putting the phone into the case was easy with step by step instructions that had an easy to follow graphic to go with each step. It isn't bulky and I really appreciate the non-slip outer silicone base. No more slipping off of my laptop or sliding around on the table! I like having dust covers on the ports as well. I didn't have that with my last case and I would get warnings when plugging my phone in to charge that there was moisture or debris in the port.
