I bought this originally in January 2024 and have loved it but noticed some cracking. I reached out to customer service and they were so kind, responded quickly, and sent me a new one. They said they have since upgraded their material and have resolved the cracking issues from a defected batch. The product is fairly thin but feels strong and looks great!!

My last MacBook got damaged even with a case on—the cover cracked, and the laptop got dented. I wasn’t making that mistake again. When I upgraded to the new M4 MacBook Pro, I got this Soonjet case, and wow… huge difference. It fits perfectly, looks sleek with the Space Black finish, and feels solid without adding bulk. I've been a habitual user of cases with my laptops over the years, and it only took a minute after snapping this one on to know it's designed well. Just as advertised, the clips that hold the bottom piece on are away from your wrists as you type. It fits with precision all around and it doesn't seem to add any excessive weight to the screen. The matte finish is perfect and it almost looks like there isn't even a case on it. Durability will remain to be seen, but truth be told every case I've owned has had an issue with one or more clips breaking at some point. They are the weakest point in the design, but it is unavoidable since they are needed to keep the case attached. If they hold up equally as the others, then that's all I can ask for. Nothing lasts forever!

I purchased this back in July 2024 and its a perfect fit for the MacBook, offers decent protection and feels good in the hand. Sadly, the price point is starting to show. I never have my laptop in any environment where it can be subjected to falling or other damage. It stays closed most of the time, and I only use it casually. The corners are cracked and breaking, and its only a matter of time until the case is no longer useful. Shame because it really does look good. I’ll have to get a case that wont break on its own over time.
