Our Roomba worked great the 1st 3-4 times we used the new battery. Since then it won’t charge unless we remove the battery, clean the contacts and then reinsert the battery. It will then work for 1-2 times before we have to take the battery out again. I should have trusted the reviews that reported poor charging issues.

This was a good replacement for the OEM battery. Since I hadn't charged the Roomba in a while, the existing battery was bad and needed a replacement. The HPXXDJI battery was easy to install and the unit powered up right away. After charging, the Roomba was cleaning for at least as long as the original battery. I am satisfied with this battery and would buy another for my other Roomba if I need one.

This battery lasted from Feb 9 to first week in June. Worked great, then suddenly didn’t charge anymore. You get what you pay for. (UPDATED REVIEW - I assumed the iRobot issue was a bad battery…but it wasn’t and my review then would be unfair. The battery was working fine, when suddenly the unit just stopped working. I cannot fix the Error 8 message)

Easy replacement, just watch an online video first. Comes with new brushes, a package deal! Also bigger power capacity than the old battery, it will run long time before you have to recharge. New life for my Roomba!
