My Iphone 8 is my back up phone and I needed a new case and I wanted a magnetic one so that I could put the phone on the magnetic phone holder in my vehicle. I saw this case for such a great price and it just seemed like a good purchase that could do what I needed. The magnet on the case attaches onto the phone holder in my vehicle very securely. The ridges on the sides and back help make the phone easier to grip. The case is also a lot sturdier and provides more protection than my old case, with bumpers at the corners and extra thick material around the camera. Since this is my backup phone, I don't need to always have it with me, but I like knowing where it is. I have an older iphone, it is getting harder to find a case for it. I was very please to find a drop resistance phone case. It fit great, was able to use all the buttons on the side, perfect opening for the camera lens and the opening for the charging cord was perfect fit.

It fits my iphone 8 plus just fine and was still even able to plug my adapter in, i have a magnetic adapter for the lightning charging so i don't have to keep plugging and unplugging it. I'm a bit leery about how well it will actually protect my phone if i drop it, I mean it is better than nothing. After 6 years my old case finally just fell completely apart so we're going to see how well this works or how long it holds up. It does have a bit of a lip to it so that hopefully if it fell it wouldn't land on it's screen or camera, though I do have a protector on the screen and camera that has already saved my phone many of times. Other than I can't say if it will protect my phone from a drop, otherwise the case is nice enough. It's not too thick so that I can actual use my phone holder whereas with my old case I was unable to. The buttons are all easy to press. I don't care for the semi translucent but I can live with it. This is quite a good case. It fits perfectly and it's easy to put on the phone. I'm not rough with my phone but I have a case that in the event it does drop it will be safe. If you have an iPhone that needs this particular style case this is an excellent option. Highly recommended.

wish this came with a screen protector as well, i swear my kids dont understand the meaning of protecting your phone. this case is for my older boy, when you dont have the cash to replace your phone you need to protect it at all costs, well my son has learned the hard way after his gfs dog knocked his phone off a table and on to the floor cracking the screen. to save it from any more damage i have gotten him this case to help prolong the life of his phone until he can get himself a new one or take his in for repairs. fits his phone and does what it needs to do. protect the phone. ... show more

Even after they've upgraded to one of my other older phones, it's still in pretty good condition. I have an iPhone 8 waiting for my kid and I needed a case. Glad I found this one.
