I've gone through 3 different styles of cases for the new iPad 11 A16 and this is by far the most used, my professional looking, and the best all around for daily use, especially being a folio style that protects your screen when not in use and saves power with the cover magnet shut off. The highlights of this case that really set it apart from the others and these are also based on the extraordinary price point of this unit, are as follows: - The exterior is fantastic, it looks like a cloth material that is high grade from even a hands length away and despite the fact that it is an incredible material that fights off liquid and other daily spills, it still feels like an expensive material! - The fit and finish is spot on and shows the high quality control of the maker. They perfectly fit the interior leather color to the exterior and it really gives a modern and professional feel with the colorful lines and fits in nicely in a coffee shop. - This next one really hit the spot for me, the Apple Pencil holder, it's tight, located along the spin so that it's accessible when folded and out of the way when lowered and typing. Best of all, they put a little hole beneath it so that that you can push it up and out from the bottom! Then, on top of that great design, they have a spot for the pencil charger and the charging cap when not in use! - And finally, one of the hardest details put on other folios and cases is when they put a hold in the center of the case; the problem is that no one holds the middle of the iPad, they hold the side. This is one of the first that I have seen ON the side!! It's a flawless design and shows the makers really focused on daily functionality. Quality: Well-built case with a synthetic feel to the outside. Functionality: The case holds my A16 (11-inch) iPad a bit too loosely, but not so loosely that the iPad will easily fall out of the case. When closed and the elastic strap is placed around the case, the iPad is secure and protected from bumps and scratches. The case has three positions for standing the iPad up and is secure compared to other cases I have owned. I have two issues with this case: (1) The biometric button is recessed enough so that activating this button is a bit tricky. Those with large fingers may have even more problems with this button. (2) The iPad cannot be rotated and used with the built-in stand detents. Considering the cost and functionality, this is a decent iPad case for those on a budget. ... show more

Got this case for my sister's new a 16 iPad.. The construction quality is fantastic. The strips they use to actually hold the iPad up in several viewing positions truly hold it up, does not slip like with other cases (my iPad Air's case for instance! Time to switch!). She has the original Pencil and that snaps in perfectly in the slot without being too tight. They also include an elastic strap to slip your hand in which makes holding the iPad so much easier because you don't have to grip it. One of my favorite things about the case is. the feel of the outside cover, It's got a great texture, but it looks high quality. and it includes a pocket on the outside which is nice. Best of all, no weird chemical smell which often happens with these cases. A+ case, highly suggested. In fact, I'm actually going to look for the same one to fit my iPad Air. One thing to note: this is a very protective case and they do state that. Therefore it's not the thinnest case available, but it feels so nice and you can tell it will protect your iPad in a drop so to me, that's worth it 100%. ... show more

The canvas fabric in my mind adds a little sophistication to the look of the cover. It isn't so plastic looking as other covers can be. The cover fit snuggly on the iPad tablet with the cutouts for ports and buttons aligning perfectly. The pencil slot located inside the portfolio at the fold adds a level of protection for the pencil and is a tight fit. I am hoping this will loosen a little with use. Currently there is not danger of the pencil accidentally coming out unless you want it out. The pen tab on the outside appears to be just for form as it is really too small to slide any digital or standard pen through. The elastic hand strap to hold the device is not bad, although it is located off-center so not as comfortable to use if you switch hands without rotating the device. ... show more

Very high quality material, stitching and build. Fits my iPad perfectly and still allows for the Touch ID on the side button to work and does not interfere with the camera keeping them both very easy to use I like the elastic hand strap for when I am laying down. It is easy to get it to stand at various angles on a desk and looks very nice when closed. Protects the iPad VERY well. Very good quality / good value I hope this is helpful ... show more

This holder for the ipad is really nice. I like the colors and the design. It hold my ipad A16 perfectly. When placed in the standing position it holds up nicely so I can watch movies or scroll through it. I like the pen holder, as it fits nicely in it as well. It covers my ipad well and protects it. I tried 3 or 4 other cases out before putting this one on and not looking back. It's just the right size, and has a great kickstand and handle integrated into the inside lid. The reed switch magnet on the flap works great for turning the screen off when it's closed. I love that it has the pocket on the other outside flap for storing bits and bobs.
