It’s not a hard plastic case more like a flexible plastic. The glitter isn't on the actual case it’s on a removable paper like piece. So it can be a clear case or two dif kinds of glitter that’s provided. Still protects the phone nicely. Super bright and shiny. Could be a gift.

This cell phone case has every feature I like in a case. It’s shiny and looks nice in your hand. Plus I spend less time hunting for my cell phone because it really stands out. It is magnetic and easily connects to my MagSafe car or counter chargers. I love having a ring to use for holding while walking or as a kickstand. This ring has a little notch on top to pull down. You need to firmly snap it back in place when folding. I like the ombre silver and pink glitter design, but they have included solid pink glitter background that you can easily change out if you prefer that look. I was surprised how much I like the wavy side edges. They are subtle but provide a comfortable place for your fingers to rest and give you a good grip. This case is flexible and easy to install. I didn't realize this but its a flexible rubber. Makes it feel like it may not protect the phone as well, but other than that very cute case and I got compliments on it. The mag part didn't like to hold so well on my mag holder in my car though
