Took me a bit to figure how to put it on. Pay attention to the numbers on directions. I was reading it wrong because the numbers on directions are soo small. Once I figured that out, I took case apart and installed phone. Case feels great in, has some grip to it, so not so easy to slip from hands. Satisfied with the quality and fit. It came with a plastic type screen protector instead of tempered glass, also did not come with a camera screen protector. The carry case locks in well so far. No issues.

Oh how I hate this case THE FIRST ONE I'VE EVER HATED. I don't write bad reviews normally find something wrong I've done and don't want to mess up someone's business but this case where do I begin. I was so excited cause I got my Note 20 phone from Samsung. Oh the phone is awesome and nervous of cracking dropping it I wanted a case. I saw the original and well looked ar the reviews and they were great I thought hey save money and get this, cheaper version. I wanted it now and well wine color was the ONLY next day delivery. Oh got the package and tore it open like a hungry grizzly bear at a picnic. The case was too big so disappointed. But I need a case my phone my love dear phone. So mad I kinda rigged the thing in there and YES YES got the phone to stay NOT walking in the house clipped onto me and the dang thing pops out. Well God was good to me and at least I was on carpet and not concrete. The thing doesn't fit so bad I first thought it wasn't a note 20 phone double checked cause I just got the phone and well it was. I seen so many good reviews maybe no one got the wine color HORRIBLE. Yes I'll send this back and I'm ordering the original phone case that was 10 dollars more ... show more
