I followed the directions exactly and could feel slight burning after about 20-30 minutes. Nothing bad but I could tell they were working. Because it was my first time using these I took them off at 45 minutes instead of waiting for the entire hour. Less than two days later my feet began peeling. No irritation or discomfort at all. I work as a barista, so I’m constantly moving and developed some really ugly and thick callouses on the soles of my feet and even at the bottoms of my toes. I’d been wanting to do a foot peel for a while, but boy did I need it now. It’s definitely uncomfortable to have your feet in two bags for an hour, but trust me when I say it’s worth it. I didn’t feel any burning or irritation throughout the soak like my friend who had used a foot peel (different brand), which was very welcome. It’s not gonna peel immediately and it’s not a quick fix; that’s not how foot peels work. It really depends on your skin, the amount of damage you have and if you’re soaking your feet often and helping it loosen quicker. My callouses were pretty bad, so some started peeling from the second day. When I washed my hair, I was in the shower for about an hour and my feet were (of course) exposed to a lot of water during that time and I was able to softly push some loose, dead skin off. Dead skin even came off wrapped around my toes! I had no idea my feet were so thick with it. It’s kind of cool to see how much it takes off. It’s really important to follow instructions and recommendations... For example, the first few days, I soaked my feet and it sped the process along quickly, but I slacked off in recent days and noticed I had minimal peeling of dead skin I know is there an can physically see. The skin itself is already disconnected from the healthy skin below, but has not started peeling on its own naturally, which is my fault for not following the recommendations. Skin even peels off of your ankles and top of your foot. Wherever the mask was exposed, it will start to peel. I had some dark skin peel off and reveal soft, even-toned skin underneath I didn’t know I had. Your hangnails and built up skin around your toe nails peel off too! I sincerely had no issues with this product and will be buying it again, when the time comes. I highly recommend this and am really happy with the results. A little bit of patience and following advice will give you super soft feet and a little more confidence in them. I started to feel really insecure about them, but this mask really changed the game. The peeling process itself isn’t pretty, but it’s definitely interesting to see! You would think “Okay how does soaking my feet in this do anything?” And the answer is A LOT. It’s not immediate, but trust it will come. Soak your feet every day and you’ll see the results faster! I definitely find myself excited to buy this again and a part of me wants to get a few more even though I still have one more mask waiting to be used in a few weeks! You won’t regret buying this, seriously. I was afraid at first, but it worked so well and I wanted to make sure I could push others to take the chance and buy it as well! This is definitely going to be a product I’ll be continuously getting for myself, and will gift to family and friends.

I’ve ordered this item now twice, once for myself and once as a gift. The first time I used these, I was not expecting my feet and ankles to itch, and I couldn’t keep the socks on for more than 30 min, so my feet never peeled. I tried it a second time and was expecting some discomfort, but sat myself on the couch and turned on a good show to get me through it. I kept them on for an hour and my feet started peeling about 2 days later, after taking a hot shower. My feet peeled for a week. I suppose you could speed up the process by soaking your feet nightly in warm water, as this activates the peeling. The entire bottom of my foot peeled, except for the calloused heel which I was a bit disappointed about. Overall a good product if you don’t have sensitive skin.

I have tried so many products to get the dry cracked foot to look like how it used to be when I was young. Nothing worked. I started to use electric callus removers. It helps but never looked smooth. This product took 2 weeks like they said and it really made my skin smooth and removed all the dead skin away over 2 weeks time. It’s amazing!!! No smell or stickiness. It’s just an hour of not moving too much. I used it before bed time and washed after an hour dried it and went to sleep. Don’t expect a baby feet over night! Be patient and follow the instructions. It works miracles!!!! Love it!!!

This arrived promptly as expected. When i used the product, sadly it did not help "my" heels as I had hoped. It made my overall foot feel smoother and softer, but it didn't help my excessive dry/ cracking heels. I don't believe this is a bad product. I just don't think it is designed to help heal already "excessive dry/cracking heels - perhaps it's only for those "starting" to dry or crack. I wish it had healed mine.

Really works! I used this one time and my feet have been peeling for a week? All of the dry, hard skin is gone and my feet are as soft as a baby. Wow! No bad smell, not sticky. Just washes away after use. The sticker closure didn't work on one so I just put some no show socks over the provided booties. This works better than anything I've tried to remove rough, cracked heels.

New year, new me literally. Brand new feet! This product really works wonders if you have crusty dry feet. I tried it with my boyfriend and like the other comments states, it takes about two days to kick in to start peeling off slivers of your skin. Definitely an add to your cart. But don’t be like me when you do it, take into account any activities where you’ll be showing your toesies. *Side note: Didn’t bother with before and after photos so as not to scare yall!
