Easy set up. Not complicated to use at all.Set time, set temp and hit start. Part of the fun.The fan is in the back so it evenly distributes the air and heat over all the trays and I have found that al the trays dry evenly.I loved using it and especially making jerky, fruit roll-ups, marshmellows, and making my own powders.And precooked beef jerky in the Sous Vide and then dried came out perfect!Have done some herbs for some homemade teas and lemon and orange zest and it is just coming. Everything's coming out beautifully. One thing we learned that if the food doesn't dry to crispness just up the temp a few degrees and cook longer.Still experimenting. ... show more
