I bought these in late July to light my room. I love that you can change the brightness and everything, use an app to control them, and overall they’re just really cool and bring a great energy to a room. The adhesion was great, and despite all the technical problems I’m going to mention, the lights are still sticking like the day I put them up, which is nice. With that being said, I only use these for 6 hours maximum in a day. My cousin bought LEDs of a different brand a couple of weeks earlier than me, and has them on 24/7. His lights haven’t malfunctioned once. Mine already have colors out of sync with the others, the lights are flashing and now also randomly turning off entirely out of nowhere. All of this after less than 3 months, and with only 6 hours of use each day on average—sometimes less. That’s extremely disappointing, considering all the work it took to get these on, and they’ll need to be replaced soon. Most likely won’t be repurchasing from this brand when that time comes; I have a hard time recommending these to anyone else because even though they’re a great price, I don’t think it’s a good value for your money. Edit: Have had several people ask about these and will not be recommending them to anyone. Not even a week after making this review the lights have randomly permanently shut off with no warning. They didn’t even last a full 3 months. Changing my review from 3 stars to 1, because that’s insanely bad. ... show more
