The case is great. Clean and clear so the design can still be seen. Fits nice a snug with all buttons and the game switch easily accessible. Vents are obstruction free so the cooling function works. Speakers and bumper triggers are not covered so they are fully functional. My only issue, and reason for the 4 and not 5 stars is that when trying to use the controller, the bottom of the case is so thick that it won't plug into the USB C all the way. So, I have to remove the case when using the controller which is a pain. Other than that, if you have no intention of using a controller with the phone, you're all set. ... show more

I believe I would be completely satisfied with this case had it come in brand new. I can tell it was used due to scratches on the rear and fingerprints on the inside. Other than that, the case seems like it would provide a very good feel in the hand and preserve the look and feel of the phone itself. Adequate access to all ports and buttons and feels nice to press shoulder buttons as the cutouts provide a nice cup for your fingertips. Would rate 5/5 had it been brand new. ... show more

I got the translucent black case, and it's a really solid case for the phone -- the matte back feels nice and doesn't pick up finger prints easily like other cases with transparent PC/glass back. The entire back is about 1.5 mm thick, completely flat, such that it won't wobble like the cases with extract thickness/rings around the camera cutouts. Speaking of the cutouts, they align with the phone pretty well. I agree with the other comment in that I wish its back can be just a little bit more transparent. But other than that, I'm quite satisfied with the black case. Definitely recommend this as the go-to bumper case for the RM 9 series over the other available options in the market. ... show more
