Lots to love about these little gems. PACKAGING They are packaged in a bag which saves me room in my box of supplements & not using plastic. I recommend a small handful and putting those in a bag/container since the zip close on this bag is great but not convenient for every day. There are 500 in this pack, so keeping them fresh is key as it will be a long time before you run out. SIZE *chefs kiss I love their size and smooth texture (shown far right in this pic). I thought my krill oil pill was small (middle). They are smooth and don't "catch" at the back of your throat like some gelatin capsules do. PURPOSE My son was struggling with mental health & we did a dna test that can see what drugs you may/may not do well with. He was deficient in folic acid & could not swallow pills. This was the smallest I found. I have since learned this vital nutrient is necessary for a happy brain. I recommend all teens & adults take this for that purpose alone not to mention all the other necessary functions our bodies need folic for. PRICE Excellent Go ahead and add to cart 👍
