When Keurig hit the scene, we all tried different brands, searching for that "perfect" cup of coffee. Over the years my family had more or less settled on Donut House Dark Roast. Then it became so popular they just kept raising the price. So we started looking again. My extended family opted for the regular Donut house, which to me is half a cup compared to this in taste. And does nothing for me, so I switched to Folgers K-Cup (Red Label). Which is quite good. Finally Black Silk came down in price. So I started ordering it. Now, I have my Dark Roast full bodied flavored coffee again, without feeling like I'm being price gouged simply because "they" can, due to it's popularity. This is a smooth full bodied cup of coffee without any bitterness whatsoever. I drink my coffee black, no exceptions. So it's important to me it doesn't bite. This a great cup of coffee well balanced and available on the Amazon Subscribe and save program. If you like a good cup of coffee then I urge you to try Black Silk. I ordered the Folgers 100% Columbian k-cups and instead got the gourmet . The gourmet is a cheaper coffee every where. "Coffee is not returnable" and now I have 72 k-cups I do not like. I ordered the one with the orange label not the red. My order shows exactly what I ordered and it is not what I got from them. ... show more

My favorite coffee ever!!! However this order was different from before. The pods say Black Silk but the boxes don't match. Not really sure I got the real thing (Black Silk). Was supposed to be 6 boxes of 12 but came as 3 boxes (marked wrong) of 24. Very curious! Update! Ordered this again. Same thing. Odd packaging, another language. Not 6 packs of 12 again but 3 of 24. Do NOT order this item from this seller. It is not the product they advertise, the very first pod caused a malfunction in my keurig, once fixed I was able to get it to make a cup and it’s horrible tasting. Definitely not the Folgers black silk I love. Find another listing that is the real deal.

Okay.... we all know that quality most likely means you're going to a pay a little more. For years (3 to be exact) I have bounced around trying ALL sorts of different brands of coffee for my Keurig. I've had everything under the sun that is a little less expensive. I buy in bulk and I buy often -- I've tried them all (yup... that brand too) but there is always a taste or quality that just doesn't hit the spot. This is one of my top favorites and my go to for coffee. I always keep this on the shelves, the flavor is smooth but still wakes you up in the mornings. It comes packaged in 12 count boxes, so you can open one box at a time but still keep the others tidy in the cabinet. I have tried tons of K-cups and a lot of them caused my Keurig to malfunction, however these have never done that. Great buy that I will continue to get. ... show more
