I’ve had knee surgery. My PT brought me a cane. Though kind of her, It wasn’t relieving me because it wasn’t STEADY. I stayed with my Walker but needed something on the stairs. The “f”/“F” helps push up when there’s only one sofa arm(🤔or the like) and folds down easily, then up and away with no issue. The handle has no padding(though it would be easy to wrap it.) so it helps to experiment to find a grip or two of your own that provides strength and is easy enough on you. There is a built in ALERT BUTTON. The light is not bright. I recommend putting a bit of electric tape over the battery door. I’ve allowed the cane to fell 2-3x when the battery compartment opened. My hardwood floor and furniture distributed and possess my batteries now. I’m 265 lbs. It’s supporting me just fine. ... show more

We keep them all over the house. We have two people in our family who use these mostly when getting up from sitting then they get left & forgotten in the family room or upstairs so it’s important for us to have more than one. As a cane, it works great. It is a little light weight, but I only weigh 120 pounds, so it works fine for me. Light didn't work at first, but we took the batteries out and put them back in and then it started working. Light is nice to have, but I really don't use it very often. I like it's ability to fold up. It has a snap to hold it when folded up, but would have preferred a Velcro strap instead of a snap. Overall please with the purchase. ... show more
