For just sitting on the edge of my desk I'd have expected it to be loose and unreliable, but it stays in place just fine! There's no adhesive, it just works of friction and does it extremely well. I really like it for my elbow pain.

For the price this should not slide around. It's comfortable but I've tried it and the other I bought on several desks and it does not stay still. If my arms move it does too. And putting sticky stuff on the back doesn't last. It comes unstuck after a week or so. I've tired gorilla tape, quick glue tape, and Velcro strips, makes it perfect until it just stops sticking and we're back to square one. ... show more
