I bought this trailer hitch flagpole mount for my Cybertruck, to run around town with some flags before the last election. It's easy to assemble, not too heavy, the size is good, the fit and finish is good, the build quality is excellent. The value is also very good. The only thing I would say is a word of caution to anybody buying this is to remember that it tends to run low. Meaning, it's mounted down by your trailer hitch and depending on your vehicle, you may need a very long flagpole to get your flag up in the air high enough to avoid touching the ground. That would be disrespectful to the flag.

Looks nice fit in the receiver but to short doesn't clear the spare tire on a jeep wrangler jk. When looking for it advertised for jeeps so you have to buy a 2inch receiver extension to mount thr flag holder to clear the spare tire

Style: Foldable Single Flagpole
This folding hitch-mounted flag holder is an economical solution to flying a flag on your car, while also allowing you to open a truck tailgate or SUV lift gate without disassembly. Simply pull the small captured pin and the whole assembly, with flags, folds down so you don't have to pull the main 5/8" hitch pin and manhandle the entire thing. My only mistake was to purchase the single flag version when for a few bucks more you can get a triple headed version that also folds. I ended up welding two more tubes on the sides (see picture) to make it into a triple header. It was a fun project, but I should have simply purchased the 3-header on the first go.

I bought this for Fourth of July and I will say it got the job done but definitely could be made better. The part meant for the flag pole could be smaller to better fit most flag pole designs. The hitch part could also be slightly bigger, mine was rattling and moving too much while driving. Overall it is well made and serves its purpose but could definitely be tweaked to fit and work better.

It actually does work really well, but my backup sensors alarmed anytime I put it in reverse so I turned it off. It does block my backup camera and so I don't use it. So I thought I was doing great using my mirrors until I forgot it was on there because my flag fell off a day before. I didn't even think to turn things back on and I'd only had it for a few days. Boy, was I disappointed when I hit my mother's car. Of course she said I'm glad you're okay but I wanted to kick myself in my own butt. Now it's going to cost me more to fix the lift gate on that car then it would be to buy her a new one, okay, maybe that's an exaggeration. Made you laugh though, but hey listen I really did hit her car.
