  • Building strong
These steps are great for sitting in the trunk. Way easier for me to use than my last set. The strength is fine, they hold up my 80lb bulldog no problem. However theyre a bit to narrow for my old pup and he doesn't feel stable. Gifted to a friend with a smaller dog

  • Easy set up
Love this product!!! I have 3 older and “well taken care of” dogs (80 lbs and up). I use this to get them in and out of my car. It’s sturdy enough to hold them up without an issue. It folds small so I keep it in my trunk. Very happy with this purchase

  • Great Concept. Garbage Quality.
My 80lb yellow lab is able to get into the back of my Jeep without any issues using these stairs. The concept is great, but the quality is absolutely terrible. I’m writing this review on August 8th 2023 and I’ve only had the item since July 15th, 2023. During my brief ownership, the item has completely fallen apart: the cross members of the frame have broken off/seperated from their mounting screw, the plastic caps keep falling out, the screws back themselves, and the extremely thin wall tubing is deforming. Like I said, the idea is great, the item folds down, and is easy to set up. The execution needs a lot of work. The frame needs to be thicker gauge material, the threaded ferrules/inserts in the tubing need better mechanical retention (they pull out very easily once the tube is bent), and the socket head screws need to be installed with thread locker. Maybe I got a dud and will see if a warranty exchange is possible and if the replacement is any better. I do really want to like this product. ... show more

  • Better for smaller animals
I liked the portability and the design. My dog is a 65 lb boxer mix and it seems a bit unstable when he uses it. The steps are made from a canvas style fabric so not super firm under foot if the animal is heavier. I think small dogs would use this easily.

  • Only 11.5 inches wide!!!!
Having recently bought a higher mattress, I was worried they wouldn’t reach the top of my bed. Luckily, they easily adjust (depending on how steep the steps are) and fit perfectly! There’s no installation required, so it was extremely easy to set them up, and they are obviously made from very high-quality materials. The only negatives about this item is that the title and photos are 10000% incorrect and misleading. These are not, “extra wide” nor as large as they look in the photos!!! Check out the description carefully which states that the actual step where your pet will stand is only 11.5 inches wide!! The steps are so small that my refused to use it. ... show more

  • Easy set up
With a pregnant wife and a toddler and me working out of town this stairs come in handy. My wife would wait for me to come home for a weekend to take my dog out. But now that we bought the dog stair she hasn’t left him home since. Our lab is a little scared to jump up to the jeep. Set up is really fast and sturdy. It took a while for my lab to get use to but now he’s in the jeep within seconds. The stairs are light weight and strong. My daughter likes to climb them as well. ... show more

  • Not the most stable
The pros - lightweight and easy to store until needed Cons - not sturdy, wants to tip over when dog starts to climb. The dogs are very afraid to use these because of this. No matter how I set it up, the stairs don't stay in one place.
