I have been using this foldable dog pool for awhile now in my backyard, mainly so my dog has a place to cool off when the weather gets hot. I was honestly surprised by how sturdy it feels once it’s filled with water. It’s a lot stronger than I expected and doesn’t feel flimsy like some inflatable pools can. One thing I really like is that there’s no need to blow it up. All I had to do was lay it out on the ground, fill it with water, and it was ready to go. That made the setup quick and a lot less hassle compared to inflatable pools. The sides hold their shape well, and the pool feels stable even when my dog is moving around in it. The bottom has a bit of texture to it, which seems to help with grip so it’s not as slippery for wet paws. The size is also generous, giving plenty of space for a large dog to sit, splash around, and cool off. I’ve been using it mostly in the backyard on the patio area, and it has worked well there. Draining it is fairly simple too thanks to the drain plug near the bottom. When it’s empty, the pool folds down so it doesn’t take up much space to store, which is helpful when it’s not being used. The only small thing I’d suggest is making sure the ground is clear of sharp objects before setting it up, since the material, while thick, could still potentially get damaged if placed on rough surfaces. Overall, it has worked well for giving my dog a place to cool down outside without a complicated setup. Is it worth the price? I think so. The sturdy design and easy setup make it a practical option if you want a simple pool for pets during warm weather

The foldable pool is wide, it offers plenty of room for a large dog to move around comfortably. My dog can easily step in, turn around, splash a little, and lie down in the water without feeling cramped. There’s even enough space for two smaller dogs at the same time, which is nice when friends bring their pets over. Unlike inflatable pools that can easily puncture or collapse, this one feels sturdy because of the reinforced panels built into the walls. The thick PVC material also gives it a solid feel, and once it’s filled with water it holds its shape very well. Even with my dog jumping in and out, the sides stay stable. Setup is very simple, there is no need to inflate anything, just unfold the pool, place it on a flat surface, and fill it with water. It only takes a few minutes to get everything ready. When it’s time to empty it, the built-in drain plug near the bottom makes the process quick and easy. I’ve even used the drained water to water plants in the yard. The non-slip bottom makes bath time or playtime feel safer. When not in use, the pool folds down neatly and doesn’t take up much storage space. I can easily store it in the garage or bring it along for outdoor trips.

I ordered this pool because I wanted something sturdy that I could use outside for my dog, especially during warmer days when I want to give him a way to cool down. After setting it up in the yard, I filled it with water and started using it the same day, and I like that it holds its shape once it is open without needing anything extra to support it. The size is pretty decent, it has enough room for movement, and I can see how it would also work for more than one dog or even just for playtime. When I press on the sides, I noticed that it does not bend or collapse easily while it is filled. I found the drain at the bottom useful when it is time to empty it, because I can let the water out instead of having to tip the whole thing over. Overall, it has been easy for me to set up, use, and put away, and it does what I expected for something like this.

I set this up in a backyard during a hot afternoon to see if my dog would even go near it. Unfolding it took no effort and filling it up was the only part that took time. At first my dog circled it for a bit before stepping in slowly, once inside he started splashing around which was something I had not seen before with smaller pools. The space made a big difference since he could fully turn around without feeling cramped. The bottom felt stable under his paws which helped him stay comfortable instead of slipping. After a while he just laid down in the water which showed me he was fully relaxed in it. Draining it later was simple with the plug near the bottom. I ended up leaving it out since it was easy to reuse without needing to reset everything each time.
