BUY, BUY, BUY!! GREAT unit and Fantastic customer service. This unit worked great right out of the box, then a few months after,.. I started having problems with the unit shutting off.... the customer service worked with me, troubleshooting and sending me parts. In the end it turned out that there was a problem with my plumbing for a bathroom remodel causing the hot water to backflow through the cold water supply. This company went above and beyond to help me find a solution, even offering to replace the unit! This wasn't necessary and I am very satisfied!!!

works great. however..... Ive had issues of it turning off when you try to mix cold water to temper it... we settled for lowering the tempature on the controller and only turning the hot water on due to it shutting off otherwise. could be a issue with the plumbing of my old mobile home but I'm not sure. other wise it works great and haven't had any other issues .

Bought for charging 48v lifepo4 batteries before hooking up to my system. Guess I'll be ordering a eg4 chargverter.

Itās very rare that I write reviews on products or services rendered, but in this case I compelled to write this review about the Fogatti water heater I purchased last year, this is the second water heater I purchased from this company and will surely be the last. Iāve had 3 issues so far 2 of which I had to diagnose and change out faulty parts myself.. The warranty is just as useless as the customer service I received during this last issue, which once again they want me to figure out the problem and pay some to install more faulty parts.. because of the multiple issues Iāve requested a replacement unit and after 2 weeks of speaking to their customer service department, who by the are much better at apologizing for the issues then they are resolving the problem. Iāve been forced to call every single day twice a day only to get the same response from everyone I talk to that. We so sorry for ur issues we escalated your claim and someone will be calling you back. I have yet to receive a call back from anybody in the last two weeks of dealing with this issue. So I guess as long as you donāt have a problem with the unit, youāll be fine, but just know if you ever have an issue with this unit, you will be given the runaround and an apology tour. Once again, I donāt even write reviews, but in this case, Iām compelled just to share my story.

Works great. However the installation when replacing an indoor tank with this tank, outdoors is not for a casual tinkerer. I read reviews that it was a āpiece of cakeā it took a couple of us about 5 hours, not counting the trips to Home Depot.

It was quite easy to install with the instructions and watched a quick video online. Itās an outdoor unit that doesn't need vent pipe and is waterproof, that saves much time of installation and make it possible to install in the backyard close to sprinkler water. Just bought a service valve kit and a few gas pipes, connectors, and shutoff valve online and at local stores, then easily hooked it up in less than 30 minutes. One thing to remember thought, make sure to shut off your main gas valve to the house before installation for safety purpose and use gas Teflon tape for sealing the connectors. I also added an extra valve to the preinstalled gas pipe in the back yard, total 3 shutoff valves I used, as you can see in the pictures attached. Currently I only connected it to garden hose water and just a shower head for kids to take shower after swimming and shower pets in the garden, but I actually have a plan to set it up for my ADU (Accessory Dwelling Units) in the coming months. Overall, itās a great purchase, has worked better than expected in past few weeks.
