So using a decent haze fluid, we ran an outdoor event with haze for 8 hours. Using about two inches of fluid in the reservoir. The haze just able to keep up with shifting light to moderate wind outside, and would be plenty in a moderate sized venue say say 1200 square feet or less. The haze didn't change in volume our intensity during operation, so no "thinning out" periods. All in all a decent hazer for the price for moderate event usage. Be sure to clean all hazers after long periods of use or before longer periods of disuse or seasonal storage.

Arrived timely and very easy to set up. Great for first time users. We used it for an outdoor Halloween event. You will need to purchase a battery for the remote to get the lights to work. You can use the lights separate from the fog, which is a nice feature when you only want the light show. Would purchase again.

The smoke machine is dead on arrival. Spits and sputters but doesn't make much smoke at all. Let it run for 30 minutes, but it never worked correctly. No support contact. Complete waste of money. Save your money and the frustration!

It's a nice little haze machine. It worked perfectly for two shows and some playing in the shop with lights. Then half way through a show it stopped producing haze. The fan was running and you could hear the pump trying to pull through the line. I cleaned it as recommended (with 80/20 distilled water/white vinegar). When trying to contact the seller (XW STGEQ), their amazon site has no CS support options. I tried to find their actual website, but could not. Luckily, I purchased the Asurion warranty and reached out to amazon. I did get a different Rock Haze machine.....but this time the seller was Rockville (purchased through amazon). At least I KNOW they have a website if I need product support. Good luck Hazers.

The media could not be loaded. Only downside is having to refill it about every 35 minutes, other than that is awesome!!
