There are missing parts!!! On the user guide is specifically says it comes with 3 hanging rings, they were not in the box, which can hold the machine upside down, which is why i purchased in the first place. And i really needed this for an event that was this week and I'm not gonna waste time to return to to wait longer to receive a different one that is not like this one. So now i have to purchase something that was supposed to be included. -_-

I ordered two of these and they were both non functional on arrival. One wouldn't light up or fog and the other one wouldn't fog at all. After opening both of them, one had a ripped out power cable, and both had kinks in the hoses. I also had to remove the hose grommet from both machines because it wasn't allowing the pump to pull liquid due to the angle it was being held. I also opened one of the wireless recievers because it was rattling but that's because the boards inside are not mounted to anything so do not shake them. Overall not impressed with the construction quality and very bad luck receiving 2 defective units. Aside from that the machine itself is missing a music sync for the lights and there's only a handful of colors to pick from. Cloud production is great but if you have a kink the fog will absolutely set off your smoke alarms on first use until the sprayer gets saturated enough.
