  • Long lasting moisture serum!
I got a sample of this with an online purchase from Sephora. It wasn’t the sample I had requested (as usual) and I had no idea what it was. I tried it with zero expectations, I just wanted to get rid of the sample without wasting it. I’m not a skincare product fan, I’ve been disappointed with so many products in the past that I rarely buy new ones to try. After I put this serum on my face, I noticed that my skin felt very moisturized. It was a dramatic difference, more so than any serum or face crème that I’ve ever tried, and not greasy at all. 10 hours later, I couldn’t believe it, my skin was still moisturized and I hadn’t used anything else (I’m in my mid-40’s so my skin is dry, but not super dry yet). I googled the product that same night, saw it was available on Amazon for one day delivery and ordered it. I haven’t had any breakouts in the 3 weeks that I’ve been using it. It’s unscented, very lightweight, not oily, and a little goes a long way. (I expect that the small bottle will easily last for a couple of months.) I’m very impressed with this product. It’s a little pricey but to me it’s worth it! For once I’m happy that Sephora sent me the wrong sample. ... show more

  • Really does help the skin feel more supple after moisturizer.
I wish it had a smell like the Dermalogica Precleanse but no smell is certainly better than a bad smell. Also, you're not suppose to get it close to your eyes but I must have done so a few times as my eyes would get irritated and need to be wiped several times after use.

  • Perfect for the summer
The Dermalogica Circular Hydration Serum is perfect for the summer. Three drops of this serum worn under my sunscreen and moisturizer is enough to keep my skin hydrated for over 12 hours. It is lightweight and gets absorbed by my skin easily without any stickiness. I like the dropper dispenser because it is easy to control how much I need to dispense each time. This serum is on the pricier side and I don’t want a drop to go to waste. I use 3 drops for my whole face and neck area. I haven’t noticed any breakouts or irritation (I have oily, acne-prone skin). Very lightly scented, almost unscented which is great. At night, I prefer to use something more rich so I’m only using this in the morning. Haven’t noticed any dry spots on my face since using this serum. Overall, I think it’s great for the summer months. ... show more

  • Great addition to my skin routine
I’ve been looking for anything to help with my dry skin but having no luck. This has helped tremendously. I put it on before my moisturizer and it has made such a difference in just a month. I wish it was a little more affordable but honestly skin care is worth the price if it works, which this does! ... show more

  • Expensive but Solid Hydrating Serum
This is my first experience with the well-known premium skincare brand founded by Jane Wurwand, who strives to create a professional regime for every skin type. This new ultra-hydration serum claims it will hydrate skin for up to 10 hours after application, with hydration levels increasing over time. To do so it uses Hyaluronic Acid, which helps skin better absorb and retain moisture, an algae extract they claim "binds water to the skin for both immediate and long-lasting hydration" and a soybean ferment that helps build hydration from the inside out. This light gel is applied via eyedropper on clean, bare skin, and is meant to be worn under your regular moisturizer and sunscreen. It dried fairly quickly and didn't leave my skin feeling at all sticky, which I liked. It also did help my skin feel hydrated, but so do most other Hyaluronic Acid serums I've tried, which is why I swear by their daily use. • Super Hydrating Serum
I’ve used Dermologica products in the past (and for over 20 years), so I am not surprise with the quality and results of this serum. I had planned to use exclusively in the Winter, as my skin tends to become drier; but, decided to try sooner, after restarting a Retin-A regimen. This serum is super hydrating, yet, it doesn’t feel thick or weighted. And best of all, it did not cause my skin to break out. Will continue to use and will probably have to reorder in Winter. ... show more

  • Perfect for hydration before makeup
I really like this serum for hydration. Getting a bit older has really made keeping my skin hydrated more of a challenge. This serum has helped - it provides instant hydration and that hydration lasts the day with no residual tackiness (stickiness). It's a thin, cloudy-white serum that smells citrusy when being applied (that scent doesn't linger once applied). It's recommended to use this serum twice-a-day, but because it helps a lot with hydration but lacks many of the other skin-beneficial ingredients that I like to include in my regimen, I prefer to use this serum in the morning to help hydrate before makeup, and then I use a serum that has more of the other ingredients I love in the evening. For me, that strikes the right balance. ... show more
