this things are insanely good , no joke pple , i work an indoor mall in a restaurant and had a double shift yesterday from 9am to closing (about 12 hour shift) , honestly i took them on my drive to work like 10 minutes before my shift and yes it took about an hour for them to kick in , but boy did they kick in, and the effects lasted me all threw out the day ,althought i had a red bull on my break at 12:30 noon, so i do recommend this to anyone thats gonna have a long shift, but chase them down with a caffeine drink .oh yeah and on a side note i also use them for gaming and they work pretty good too for that ... show more

Started taking it because i was having memory issue. Within 2 weeks without knowing i just started remembering things so i said it must be the supplements. They are pricey but probably beats trying to buy them all individually and trying to stack them together.

It seems like I've gotten the cheaper yellow pills on accident twice instead of the better tasting green pills. It seems that the yellow ones are cheaper.

    • You have to know how to take it.
I'm a Health Specialist, I have a Bachelor's in natural health sciences and I also train Medical Doctors. This is actually one of the best nootropics in the world, you just have to know how to take it. There's a few comments that mention not feeling the effects of this at all which could ultimately mean you're just not even absorbing it efficiently. You cannot drink alcohol and expect to get great results since alcohol inhibits your methylation cycles. It also kills liver cells which you need to utilize these nutrients. Also they need to be taken 20min before breakfast that contains no inorganic meat and not too much sugar. Your diet is also responsible for how effective this product is. Try detoxing your liver for about a week before saying this doesn't work, along with staying away from alcohol, processed foods, soda, juice, fast foods etc then you'll see... GREAT RESULTS! ... show more

I did purchase this product through amazon, and received it from a third party seller. What I would like to say is that it does work, however it is not an epic supplement. The ingredients do help you focus a bit better and I did not have any noticeable side effects. I've taken it on and off over a period of time and did see a difference. But you can have the same result by having a good breakfast and taking your vitamins. Final thoughts: Extremely overpriced, but I did notice a difference. Adderall works way better, but it's not for everyone. I have tried both, and personally neither gave me any side effects, but Adderall did work a million times better.
