Our foams are made in the USA! high density foam has a compression rate of 44 lbs. This means for every 44 lbs. on a general idea, your foam will compress by 25%. High density foam is designed for heavy traffic and high use applications. 100% recovery rate fire retardant durability: Durable, high density foam suitable for long-term use. All foam sheets are sold per sheet not per yard and rolled for packaging. Packing, shipping & cutting foam packages need to be opened immediately once you receive the package. Do not let the foam sit unopened for more than 1 week. Do not open with a box cutter. Use a ball point pen or a pencil. Start by making a little incision and break it from there. Durability : will last 7 to 10 years. Care instructions: When unpacking, allow at least 2 days for the foam to breathe in order to recover its original size and form. Ideal uses for foams are for mattresses, chair pads, seat pads, cushion, chairs, furniture, pillow, seat cushions, chair cushions, patio cushions, furniture cushions, rocking chair, car seats, upholstery repair, chair upholstery, foam mattress and mattress.

I was skeptical buying these but my old cushions were making my couch uncomfortable. These replacement foam inserts are great quality! They are very firm and fit perfectly in my cushion covers. We can’t afford a new couch and these replacement foam inserts are going to extend the life of our couch. I will say they are much firmer than I anticipated and wish they were a little squishy but I imagine that will come with time and use. I have a nice Carmel colored sofa that I have had for many years and decided it was time to purchase new one then I realized I only needed to replace the foam cushions inside. So I purchased this one foam to test it out and wow ! This foam cushion is fantastic, it sturdy and firm, I now will purchase 2 more to complete the set. Density of the foam is as promised. Very comfortable. Looks durable. However, dimensions are INCORRECT. We ordered a 24x24x6 piece and received a 24x23x6. So, we were shorted by 1 inch. Fortunately, we were cutting down one end, so it worked out. But if I had needed a 24x24 x6 piece, I would have been extremely upset. ... show more

    • Excellent quality! Revived a 15 year old sofa to new again!
Shipped extremely quick. Ordered 3 cushions at same time which arrived on different days. Two of the cushions were very firm, one that arrived later not so much. I was immediately shipped a replacement and it was much firmer. The one less firm was supposed to be that way, just shipped in error. Regardless of the firmness. all of the product received was of highest quality. Took less than 15 minutes to change out three cushions. I forgot to take a before photo, but will next time. I will definitely purchase from this vendor for all foam needs. They were cut perfectly, a much smoother application that using an electric knife.     • Update - Edit: Perfect fit, and firm
Update after 8 months: Some foam starts to break down over time (unfortunately our mattress is one), but not these seat cushions, at least with 8 months of wear. Like Sheldon in The BIg Bang Theory, I have a spot, and I'm about the only one that sits in that spot. My wife and daughter (and dogs) have their spots and although the dogs shift a bit, my wife, daughter, and I do not. I'm 6'3" and 230 pounds, and I cannot tell a difference in my cushion versus the others after 8 months, so I wanted to provide that update. I'm not sure how firm most couch cushions are, but we had a puppy that for some reason started chewing on a single cushion and we had to replace it. The other cushions were softer, but you also sank deeper into the couch than I like, so these being more firm were an improvement for me. We'll be ordering more to replace the other cushions one by one. We're not doing them all at once because we have several higher priority projects to execute, but we'll definitely be replacing the rest. ... show more
