Arrived in a plastic bag in liquid form. Seemed to whip but collapses at the slightest move. Tried all kinds of ways to stiffen, +\- whipping. +\- additives, fragrance. Disappointing and not worthy of gifting. Go with Stephenson for a firm whip and soft lather

The product was late, when I opened the main bag the product was inside tied in a knot which would have been fine but there is a leak in the plastic bag somewhere, it's a bit messy and I didn't even want to take it out of the main shipping bag. I feel like this is product loss and I don't even know how the product itself works because now I'm thinking about returning it. Very disappointed I have a business and I needed to try this out so the shipment was delayed now what I needed to do for my business is going to be delayed because of this mess that came to me today. ... show more

It was super thin and te worst was the packaging . It was like trying to get marshmallow fluff out of a think plastic bag. If your tried to scoop it the bag would stick together and half your arm would be covered in fluff . Terrible.
