These pillow inserts are pretty good quality, but they are smaller than the 20 x 20 inch that I ordered. They are more like 19 x 19 or less.

They are made ok but not very full…and I bought 18x18 pillow covers - and there is at min 2” too small. I will have to get the 20x20 size so I am disappointed.
