After my first flywheel exploded I had to get another and didn’t like the asking price of the ARC billet flywheel so decided to try this one and save some money and it works like a charm. I was worried the timing would be different and I’d have to figure out how to time the thing but from what I can tell it runs the exact same if not better than it did before. The only downside to purchasing this flywheel is the fact that I don’t have any power to my headlight anymore because it doesn’t have the magnets for the stator on the inside of the flywheel. When I was installing the flywheel I had to remove the 2 stators on the inside because they were in the way but other than that this thing works like a charm. Don't waste your time if you have a gx clone as those on most minibikes and go karts the fins on the inside of flywheel catch and it cannot rotate at all defiantly not 10k rpm. Casting has cracks it says this is ok but theirs alot of cracks not sure how the durability is cause it won't work at all.

Good value for the money. I've bought one of these on Amazon and a couple elsewhere. The price on Amazon seemed to be the best value. It's not billet, but it's MUCH SAFER than cast iron. Add one of these before modifying your engine to go above 3600 RPM. Please don't risk your life or others by using cast iron flywheels on performance engines. This is not a paid review. This flywheel is a precision casting. The reason you need to lap these in is because the taper is not a machined feature. It's as cast. I would advise a thorough cleaning after each lap and a rub with marking compound. I needed to lap the part 4 times before I had sufficient bearing in the taper to feel comfortable assembling it to the motor. Make sure the key slides through the keyway. A lot of people on here complaining it doesn’t fit , but I can assure you it does! Recently installed on a 212 non hemi predator!!! I used valve grinding compound to lap the flywheel, and my bike runs A1

Lightweight and fit is as good as more expensive flywheels. Cheap insurance for high reving engines.
