The sender in my 86 spree had lost the wiper fingers on the arm. I took the parts I needed from this part to repair my existing one. Worked great. Cant speak to how the rest of this original would match up to what it was designed to replace but did what I needed it to do.

Bought this to fix my non working fuel gauge on my 1987 Honda Spree. Like another reviewer I did have to swap the float arm from the original fuel tank sensor as this new one was too large for the Honda Spree. The combination of these parts fixed my fuel gauge.

Worked but with modifications for metropolitan2. Float arm too long for tank. Connector was the same as the wire harness end (both males). I did not look closely at the description. Was very upset at first but this was absolutely what was described and works flawlessly. If you want a plug and play then keep looking. If you don't mind 5 minutes of modifications to this then you can't beat the price or function!!! ... show more

After assaulting the over sized float arm for 30 minutes to meet the correct geometry I came to the conclusion to just swap the arms. Solved! This must be a Ruckus unit and I have a Chuckus. One of those think out of the box situations.
