I am 57 year old nurse/BSN. Zero building experience. Logically, it did not make sense the reviews were high if it could not be put together. I did not give up and finally I figured out…guess what like most I was not following the directions…. It states not to tighten the screws…. If you hold off on the tightening with the Allen wrench…, there is enough give for all 4 legs to fit through the holes. Don’t tighten until all 4 legs are connected. If you look at my pic of the one I put together the legs taper towards the feet. If an empty nester who can no longer pawn this off on another … figured it out…. So can you!!! Don’t give up…. Use your noggin and you will be enjoying this gem as I am. I put it in my cookie cutter master showers the small slight longer on one side but feels like a square when your in it. If this helps I bought my home new in 1998. I just use my shower head. Point the hose and drain towards the back and it has made a chore I am not crazy about better. My back could not live without it. I have papillon’s…. My Roxy got very sick after going to the groomers and the breeder insisted it was the reason….. who knows but After 6 weeks of my poor baby struggling and several thousand on IV’s, labs, medications X-rays and holy cow an expensive CT. She pulled through it🎉🎉🎉. There is no way I want to put her or myself through that again. I will never claim they look as cute as when the groomers did their hair…. But they are clean and all of us are happy once again. This began in November of 2021. I have taken my time to gather top quality equipment. this is truly useful. No fuss... it fits in my shower diagonally. When I no longer need it…. It so light…. I simply lift it out of the shower and slide it across my bathroom into my master closet... I want to rotate the 3 from week to week. But so far while it is out I do all 3..... Which is a lot of work. Don't hesitate. HEAR ME ROAR.💕 ... show more

Where has this been all my life!! I'm getting older and it hurts to get down and lean over tub. This is well made, sturdy and nice looking. Easy to put together and level. One of my dogs loved it and the other on was skakey, but she will get used to it. No more tons if hair going down the drain. Love the hair catcher. ... show more

I bought this tub specifically because it's going to sit inside my regular bathtub. Perfect fit! It was super easy to put together. I store it in the closet of my spare bedroom after it dries. I recently retired after 40 years of grooming dogs and cats. This tub is the perfect height for washing and drying small and medium dogs. I read other feedback on this dog tub and one mentioned putting down a towel when drying the dog and it's incredibly effective. I love the eye hooks and the drain spout. I bought this tub beecause it looked sturdy, and the legs were narrow enough to fit intoy tub. After reading the one star reviews first I had some concerns about the assembly of the tub and the report of sharp edges on the drain. However, the assembly went smoothly and the drain came with a black plastic screen over the metal drain preventing doggie paws from making contact with any sharp edges. I also found that the edges were not sharp at all on this version of the drain cover. My other concern was my dog panicking because it does wobble a little (even when properly leveled). So I acclimated him to it by introducing him to the tub in the living room. I put some kibble in the soap dish moulding and held him in my arms outside the tub so he could just lean his head over the edge and eat them. Next he watched me toss some kibble into the tub and I then I lowered him in to find them. I held the tub steady but he didn't seem bothered by the slight movement. He was focused on finding the kibble. I kept tossing kibble from one end to the other so he would have to spin around to get them causing the tub to move slightly. He had no issues with it, so next I moved the tub into the bathtub, leveled the feet and repeated the process. No problem. I think a few more repetitions before actually bathing him in there and he'll be fine. It's also going to save my knees and back--no more kneeling beside the tub and struggling to scoot Atlee close enough to the hand held shower attachment to rinse him off! ... show more
