The hoverboard wouldn't charge. my kid was so disappointed she got it for Christmas only got to use it for 20mins. I bought this for my Step Daughter for Christmas. When both of our Daughters opened their hoverboards, they were genuinely Surprised and Excited to open them and try them out. I haven't felt so satisfied with a reaction in a very long time. The colors are so cool and much nicer than others I've seen in person. The battery life is impressive. The Bluetooth sound is Great! The girls are enjoying them. They don't take too long to charge and the carrying case is nice because these bad boys are kinda heavy for a tween to lug around. But, they're mostly riding ON them, so, not much carrying. I was also suprised at how easily they learned to ride them and not fall. I'm very happy with my purchase of 2 of them. My son has been playing with this constantly since Christmas morning. It's sturdy, holds a charge well and he absolutely loves it. The only thing I wish was different is it doesn't have Bluetooth. Over all a fabulous product
