I wear a 7 1/4 hat size. I ordered the adult large and it fits perfectly. Snug but not too tight. Did a 5 hr ride with it never once felt uncomfortable the whole time. Very comfortable helmet. Well made nice protection and padding.

Love the look. Got a large which is my size. Fits kinda tight around my temples but may just need broken in. Still such a solid helmet Helmet is super lightweight and perfect for mountain biking. Also just want others to know this helmet is not meant for dirt bikes or quads!
