Got these to replace my Floyd rose special saddles which are made of a weaker material, they feel more solid and the metal is heavier. Time will tell if these indeed last longer, no saddle will last forever but they definitely feel better than the specials.

I purchased a set of the black saddles. The ones I received were made in USA, not Germany. I’m ok with that . My only complaint is that the description doesn’t mention that they don’t come with new string locking blocks, so if yours are worn out you will have to replace them as well

These saddles along with an FU brass tone block brought my Floyd Rose Special out of the dark and into the light. By combining the two I was able to wake up the two sore points of this lower tier bridge. The zinc tone block and saddles were sucking tons of tone and harmonic content from my axe. Ordered Floyd Rose ORIGINAL MADE IN GERMANY SADDLES. What I received was FR 1000 series made in Korea saddles. Seller totally misrepresented the product in description.

Bought a black set and a Chrome set. The Black set was the ORIGINAL German Made. The Chrome was the FR 1000 Korean chrome plated copper crap. Buyer beware. Amazon, however did reimburse 100%.
