  • Holds its weight in Gold
This is one of the best oil drain pans on the market outside of a garage. You don't have a garage, it's for you. I purchased this for use on a bus! It can handle any car, bus, truck. And the beauty of it is the oil you drain is contained.. And you can roll it away. Flexibility, because an oil change can happen both inside and outside and 3 types of vehicles. ... show more

  • Perfect
Worked perfect. Shallow enough to fit under my freightliner's steer axle. Rolls easily when full. I do wish the vent plug was made like the fill plug. As another reviewer said, you cannot stand it up when it's full otherwise it will have a slow leak out the vent. I understand the vent needs to be at the bottom for when you dump it out but a better plug with an o-ring would do the trick. ... show more

  • If you have a Diesel Pusher.... this is for you!
I have an Rv and change my oil myself. An oil change stakes about 6 gallons of oil and I needed something to catch the oil. This works perfectly. First, the catch area is large and the capacity can handle two oil changes. Dumping an old oil filter containing 3 quarts of dirty oil is much easier. I don't know what it is about dirty oil from a diesel, but it is REALLY dirty. Second, it is short enough to slide under my Ford Ranger. We had to jack up my Grandson's HHR a little to get it under the car and I am sure I heard the Blitz say "Is that all there is?" after we dumped the Ranger and the HHR. Third, it is well built and has wheels. A great drain spout that fits a hole in a fifty gallon drum. Fourth, very easy to take to the recycle center and get rid of the old oil. The only complaint I have is that it doesn't clean itself afterwards..... ... show more

  • Works
I bought this to change the oil in my semi truck. Works fine just be sure to make sure the red cap is all the way off and the vent is open. The volume of oil flowing in nearly overwhelms the shallow pan. It should be a couple inches deeper. Sill much better than the buckets I was using. Made disposal at my local parts store much easier. ... show more

  • Great for diy
Use this to change the oil on my 2006 Columbia and my 2005 Volvo vnl 670. It holds all the oil needed even on 14 gallons engines then you just find a place that recycles the oil they return you the container and you're all done. Make sure they don't have a 5 or 10 gallon limit.

  • Very good truck drain pan!
I bought several of these for my customers. They really like them. Very maneuverable and easy to use. I had one problem with a leak on the bottom after a few days of use. I was going to send it back, but I repaired it instead. Seems to be holding up ok. I will buy more!
