I bought this to hold my Kindle while I lounged. It was listed for $24.99 but had a 15% off coupon so it came out to about $21 with tax. The quality is overall excellent. The base is weighted however, they do suggest you add an extra weight such as a dumbbell for added support. It is easy to maneuver up and down and you are also able to rotate the tablet holder 360°. Besides being able to hold the Kindle, it can also hold a tablet or phone. Overall, I think this is a great investment for the money. Would definitely recommend. ... show more

    • Sturdy, well designed, and very functional.
I've had a few different swing arm and goose neck style phone/tablet holders, and this is as good as the best you'll find. The arms are stiff and sturdy, while the springloaded joint actuation is smooth and easy to articulate. The setup is simple and versatile, with the stand offering a good height to swing out for reading in bed. The only two minor complaints I have about this unit are that the base does allow the whole setup to wobble a bit, unless you anchor it. I pinned the base of mine beneath the foot of my bed, and it's very steady now. Also, the end piece where you mount your device is a little bit too big for a phone, without blocking its charging ports. I was able to repurpose a smaller mounting bracket from another swing arm I've used in the past, but it would be nice if they could include a second, smaller mount for phones. The parts do seem to be universal. All in all, I would buy it in a heartbeat. This is a great swingarm that will serve you well! ... show more

This standing tablet holder was pretty easy to put together and it feels very sturdy. Once assembled and in place it's very adjustable to the size of the device. I've tried it with a could larger tablets and also e-readers. The base is heavy and the arm is flexible so it feels pretty secure. It's really, really useful next to the bed if you use your device at night. Definitely recommend. ... show more
