Honestly I loved them! I was nervous after reading reviews but for me this was exactly what I was looking for in a chip substitute and I am picky. I got the original pack and the sampler. They are super crunchy and taste really good. Exactly like fried chicken skin that you pick off fried chicken! Which is one of my guilty pleasures. My favorite is the sampler pack since your palate can have variety. I will say yes it’s expensive for what you get hence the 4/5. The bag has pieces of all different sizes but to me my food looking perfect is not important it’s all about the taste! I say give it a try.

I loved these snacks. Except for the hot ones. I gave them away. There aren’t very many in the bag. That makes them even more expensive. If you can only get a variety pack I won’t be buying again especially giving 2 of them away. The salt and vinegar has a little too much vinegar making them a little too sour.

I got the Original flavor, in Dec 2022, after seeing these in a FB ad. These are pretty good... I love everything about them except for two things - They taste a lot like burned oil to me. They're expensive. Those 2 things alone would prevent me from re-buying.... The packaging and advertising is very well done, and seems great... I really like the bag art. It seemed that the sizes of the chips varied too much. A few were big bite-size pieces, but a lot were small-sized crumbs and seeming like a giant waste of time for little payback. Some of the pieces were folded over each other and seemed under-cooked or mushy with oil when consumed. It was cute that they added their story to the bag.

I have ordered these from tow different places, including Amazon. I ordered the variety pack and a shipment of just regular flavor. Most of my bags from both orders have had one large size piece and the rest have been crumbled into tiny breadcrumb consistency. They have good flavor but are kind of greasy. I will not be ordering again. They're ok if you actually get regular sized pieces, but not worth the price.

I’ve ordered this before directly from Flock and the bags were wrapped in bubble wrap inside the box. I tried to order this time from Amazon and every bag I have opened has been crumbs. Good product, but they need to package better when buying this way or else you get a bag of chicken skin dust.

I've gotten these three or four times in the last few years and the quality just keeps going downhill. Currently the bags are full of small bits rather than the 'chip sized' pieces that were in there a couple years ago. I will not buy again.

I should have paid attention to the pricing vs portion/service size... I just saw the total cost and was like "Oh, well it's cheaper than Chick N' Skin at least", but I'm pretty sure 8 bags of Chick N' Skin averages out to around $2.60 per ounce vs the cost for Flock's product, which is $3.63 per ounce. This product tastes quite good but the 1 oz bags aren't worth the price, and ultimately they've encouraged me to look into finding local butchers that sell chicken skin so that I can just make my own chicken cracklins and save on the cost. Won't be purchasing these again at this price.
